At the moment we do not service Belle Glade, South Bay, Pahokee and Canal Point.
We service residential ranges, cooktops, ovens, exhaust hoods, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, wine coolers, ice makers, dryers, and washing machines.
We DO NOT service commercial appliances, televisions, central vacuums, or other small electronic devices.
Our rates are very fair and competitive within our industry. We charge a flat, fixed price to come out to your home and diagnose the problem with your broken appliance.
Our technician will explain the reason for the needed repair. We will email you the flat rate quote with fixed price taken right out of the National Major Appliance Flat Rate Labor Guide, quoted flat rate labor charges, plus the service call. Our email will tell you if we think it is worth repairing or not!
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, ACH and checks paid to the technician at time of service.
Yes, we warranty all parts (supplied by TruPro) and labor for 365 days.
Our office is open Monday to Friday -9 am-5pm.
We totally respect your can-do attitude and your desire to fix it yourself.
However, all our technicians work full time repairing appliances for our customers, and we do not offer any technical repair advice.
Most of them are out of the building, in customer homes, providing quality service on appliances.
Fortunately, there are resources available online for someone who wants to do it him or herself, although many people will still prefer to pay a servicer to take care of the problem.
