We service residential and commercial ranges, cooktops, ovens, exhaust hoods, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, wine coolers, ice makers, dryers, and washing machines.
But sorry, we’re not the superheroes for TVs, central vacuums, or your collection of quirky gadgets. Those are a bit outside our cape’s reach!
We keep things simple and fair—our service charge is a flat, fixed price just for coming out and diagnosing your appliance’s drama.
Our technician will explain what’s wrong in plain English (no tech jargon, we promise). Then, we’ll email you a quote based on the official National Major Appliance Flat Rate Labor Guide—so you know it’s fair and square.
And don’t worry, our email will even tell you if it’s worth fixing or if it’s time to say goodbye!
We accept all the usual suspects—Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and ACH (via PayPal with a handy link sent to your email or phone).
Prefer old school? No problem! You can pay our technician with cash or check at the time of service.
Just a heads-up: if a check bounces, there’s a $40 fee—because even checks need to behave!
Absolutely! We back all parts (supplied by TruPro) and labor with a full 365-day warranty.
Just a heads-up—if you or another company tinker with the appliance after we’ve worked our magic, it voids our warranty. We like to think of it as our “no double-dipping” policy!
Our office doors are open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM—just like a reliable friend with a coffee habit.
Sometimes our techs work late to rescue appliances, because broken refrigerators don’t always keep regular hours!
We love your can-do spirit and DIY attitude! Seriously, you’re awesome for wanting to tackle it yourself.

Luckily, the internet is full of “how-to” videos if you want to give it a go. Just remember, sometimes it’s easier (and less stressful) to call in the pros—plus, we bring the cape!

We’re not an official parts store, but thanks to the pandemic, we ended up with a stash of new (open-box) manufacturer parts—kind of like unexpected bonus inventory!
